Ingredients:
- 500 grams of green beans- boiled until soft
- 4 cup of coconut milk- extracted from 1 coconut
- 2 pieces of palm sugar
- 2 screwpine leaves- washed and knotted
- Pinch of salt
Method :
1. Bring to boil the cooked green beans with the coconut milk and screwpine leaves.
2. Add the palm sugar and a pinch of salt.
3. Continue boiling over a medium flame until the gravy thickens.
4 Serve hot, removing the knotted screwpine leaves.
